Employability at Canterbury College
Our Engagement Officers Jake Huggett and Steven Holdcroft attended Canterbury College for their employability day, and led almost 100 students in an interactive workshop on understanding digital skills.
Inspired Friendships in Maidstone
We have been working closely with our friends at Inspired Friendships, a group working and engaging the retired community in Maidstone. Digital Kent has been invited to speak to their community twice now, with plans for many visits in the future!
Community Renewal Fund in Ashford
April saw the first Job Club session at Stanhope Library, with loaned laptops from Digital Kent's Hardware Access Scheme. There are more job clubs planned in Tenterden, with the support of the Community Renewal Fund.
