Digital Skills Training with Compaid
Compaid offers Digital Skills support and training in their well-equipped Centre in Paddock Wood and also through their Outreach team.
Each week, the Centre provides training and guidance in practical digital skills through full day or half day sessions, with 1:1 or small group work. They continually refresh the opportunities on offer to keep up with developing technology. Support can be offered in Microsoft, Android and Apple devices and operating systems, with training in music creation, coding, game design and more. Attendees can also enjoy virtual reality experiences and active computer gaming. A list of some of the activities currently offered can be found here: https://www.compaid.org.uk/digital-skills/.
Their outreach team takes their digital training support into the community across Kent, where people may be unable to attend our Training Centre or are otherwise isolated due to their disability and/or lack of transport. A mixture of face to face and remotely delivered sessions can be made available to suit the needs of learners.
Digital Kent is proud to spread the word of what Compaid can offer, ensuring that people from every ability level and background have access to the digital skills they need to thrive in the digital age.
