Digital Kent at Aspirational Digital

Digital Kent at Aspirational Digital

Another successful Aspiration Digital event! Thank you so much to Reflect Digital for letting us support the event for a 2nd year. Digital Kent love being part of the day and inspiring the future generation at Canterbury Christ Church University. Well done especially to Chantel Jordan for making this happen!

A huge thank you to the Digital Kent dream team who attended this year. Doris Shaba-Jeffries, our Senior Engagement Officer and Daisy Robb, our Engagement Officer, smashed delivering 4 workshops to over 400 students. Chloe Johnstone, our Relationships & Skills Manager, Bryony Goble, Volunteer Engagement Officer and Charlotte Cordrey, one of our Engagement and Support Apprentices, were amazing engaging with the students on the stand and Jake Huggett as usual being his charming self and speaking to other businesses at the event.

"I thoroughly enjoyed the Aspiration Digital event and found so much use in engaging with a number of businesses and organisations in the digital sector. I gained new contacts, saw first hand how much the students took from the day and listened to some fantastic, inspiring talks. The whole event is a fantastic opportunity for Kent students to attend a conference style event, engage with different organisations and gain an understanding of different digital careers available to them when they leave school. I wish we had these kinds of opportunities when I was at school and deciding my next steps. It was an honour to be part of the Digital Kent delegated team to attend such an event!"- Jake Huggett, Senior Project Officer.
