This decision has been made due to funding pressures and the need to focus on our core priorities—supporting Kent residents who are vulnerable because of the cost-of-living crisis and digital exclusion. To ensure a smooth transition, the collection booking portal will close in mid-January.
What You Can Do Next
Although the scheme is ending, there are still several ways residents and businesses can recycle devices and manage data securely:
For Residents
