Digital Hubs

Our Digital Hubs are delivered by Kent County Council's Digital Inclusion & Capabilities service (Digital Kent), we are delivering over 30 Local Digital Hubs across the county to enable residents to access support to become, and/or remain, digitally included and engaged. These Hubs are monthly for two hours, with 30-minute bookable slots.

Whether you're a complete beginner, or just want someone to help you through the things you don't know, our Digital Champion volunteers are there to help you through any digital queries. We can help with an one off problem, or can help with longer term support if you generally feel the digital age has moved ahead without you. We can help on topics such as:

Online shopping
Scam awareness
Navigating your digital device
Keeping in digital contact with friends and family
Searching for jobs, hobbies, or community online

2026 Digital Hubs

To book your session, find your local hub in the relevant district below and click the relevant booking link, scroll to your preferred month, select the highlighted date on the calendar, choose your desired time slot to complete your booking.

During your session, you can access the free library WiFi, by using your library card and pin number. Membership is free and covers all of Kent's 99 libraries, so please join before your session if you can!

Please note: Hub bookings will close a week ahead of the scheduled date to allow our digital champions to be prepared for the appointments.

Headcorn Library will be closed until further notice due to urgent, unexpected roof repairs. This work is essential to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. They will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. Other hubs in the local area are available in - Marden and Shepway. We will update this page in due course when further dates are provided.

Marden Library
